Tarun Tejpal case: HC tells trial court to redact details identifying survivor
Upholding the privacy of the survivor, the vacation bench of the high court of Bombay at Goa on Thursday directed the trial court to “redact” references in its judgment that reveal the identity of the prosecutrix (survivor) in the alleged rape case against former Tehelka founder-editor Tarun Tejpal.
