Goa: Congress says time for all parties to unite against BJP

Congress continued to send mixed signals to “like-minded parties” about a pre-poll alliance with party functionaries continuing to officially reiterate that Congress will contest all 40 assembly seats in the 2022 assembly elections. However, sources within the party suggest that it appears to be a step closer to a pre-poll tie-up.
