Goa: Duo held for snatching ATM card at Vasco
Two men were arrested in Vasco on Monday after they attempted to steal an ATM card. On Monday afternoon, a woman entered the SBI ATM at Vasco with a newly-issued card to generate a PIN. One of the accused observed the new PIN and snatched the card from the unsespecting woman and gave it to his friend. Both subsequently fled.
