After finding himself in the midst of a controversy through the past week over his skipping the GST Council meeting held at Lucknow on September 17, Tamil Nadu finance minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan seems to have bounced back in style this Sunday, with the GST Council nominating him in the Group of Ministers (GoM) formed to usher in GST System Reforms.
