Physical Ganpati darshan banned across Maharashtra
With the threat of a third wave looming, the state government on Wednesday banned physical darshan by devotees at Ganpati mandaps across the state. Darshan for the festival starting Friday will have to be only online or telecast through electronic media, said the state’s guidelines. On Tuesday, the BMC had issued a similar order.
