Recruitments through Staff Selection Commission will end cash-for-jobs: CM
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that recruitment through the Goa Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon begin, aiming to eliminate the corruption of cash-for-jobs. Despite some BJP members wanting to return to department-level hiring, Sawant stressed the importance of SSC for transparent recruitment. Around 1,000 departmental vacancies are to be filled through this process.
