Kerala govt to propose Rs 2,000 crore plan for returnees' rehab
The government will soon submit a Rs 2,000 crore proposal to the Centre for the rehabilitation of the non-resident Keralites (NRKs) who have returned home permanently from abroad amid the Covid pandemic, chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan told the assembly on Wednesday.
