Huzurabad bypoll: Main parties keep fingers crossed
After five months of hectic political activity, Huzurabad would finally vote on Saturday. It’s judgment day for TRS’ friend-turned-foe Eatala Rajender, now in BJP, hoping on a sympathy wave to retain his stronghold following an unceremonious exit from the pink party. The TRS, on the other hand, is counting on the party’s strength and welfare sops to sweep aside the Eatala challenge.
