Educational institutions in Kerala to reopen in phases from October 4
Educational institutions in the state are set for a phased reopening from October 4 after a shutdown of one-and-ahalf years. The government has also decided to withdraw the night curfew and Sunday lockdown as the state reported 25,772 cases on Tuesday, with the test positivity rate dropping to 15.87%.
