Counsel can't be accused of fraud if cases lost: HC
Merely because cases are lost, counsel cannot be accused of fraud, cheating and impersonation, among other reckless allegations, the Karnataka HC has observed, while quashing the proceedings in a criminal case filed by the state-owned Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) against its own panel advocate.
