Hoping courts will favour poor: K'taka CM

A day after his council of ministers approved the decision to hike reservation for Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) beyond the 50% cap, chief minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday suggested his government is banking on a “compassionate” judiciary to validate the decision.
