'Can’t blame auto driver for fatality if road is bad'
Observing that due to “rough roads” the possibility of an accident even without the fault of the driver cannot be ruled out, a magistrate court recently acquitted an autorickshaw driver 11 years after he was accused of killing a senior citizen passenger by his zigzag driving in Aarey Colony.
