Act if complainants turn hostile: Pocso court
In a rare instance, a Pocso (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act court this week directed the prosecution to take legal steps against a now 21-year-old woman and her mother for turning hostile in a case where they had accused a 22-year-old of raping the youngster as a minor and getting her pregnant.
