WB CM Mamata’s swearing-in as MLA on Oct 7: Speaker

Chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s swearing-in as an MLA will be held on October 7, speaker Biman Banerjee said on Monday amid continued uncertainty on whether the place will be Raj Bhavan or the state assembly. Raj Bhavan also hasn’t yet communicated whether governor Jagdeep Dhankhar will administer the oath or delegate it to the speaker as per convention.
