Kol Metro adds 10 more services for Durga Puja rush

Metro will add 10 more services from Monday, taking the total number of trains to 266 —the highest since it resumed services after the Covid-induced lockdown on September 14, last year following a 178-day hiatus. The ongoing rush of shoppers before Durga Puja made the Metro authorities increase services along the north-south corridor once again in a fortnight’s time. On September 15, this year, Metro had added 10 services on weekdays to take the number of services to 256.
