WB: Child scalded with molten wax by tutor
A team of officials of West Bengal Commission for Protection of Child Rights (WBCPCR) met the Class 3 student at Salkia in Howrah and recorded his statements on how a private tutor allegedly poured molten wax from a lighted candle on his thighs for not doing his homework.
