Vishwajit Rane, the urban development minister, directed all municipalities to provide their civic services online within 15 days. He instructed chief officers to inspect their jurisdictions and identify unused funds for utilization. Rane also discussed regularizing contractual municipal employees and announced nearly complete GIS mapping for North Goa towns, with similar plans for South Goa.
