Plot to martyr’s kin hangs fire, Telangana HC fumes
The Telangana high court on Monday took the revenue department to task for failing to allot a plot, as promised by the state government 13 years ago, to the widow of an IFS officer who was killed in a terror attack on the Indian embassy in Kabul in July 2008.
