Kol: Slain gangsters’ aide used fake ID proof to rent flat
An aide of slain gangsters Jaipal Singh Bhullar and Jaspreet Singh Jassi had used a fake Aadhaar card and a forged passport to rent the 1BHK flat at the sprawling Shukhobrishti housing complex in New Town Action Area III. The aide got in touch with a broker on May 22 and sealed the deal for a monthly rent of Rs 10,000 and a security deposit of Rs 20,000 in just four days. The owners didn’t meet the tenant and the broker didn’t have a clue who moved in on May 26.
