Kerala minister R Bindhu wrote to governor twice, pushed for Kannur University VC's reappointment
Contrary to chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan's claims that governor Arif Mohammed Khan was never put under political pressure by his government on university matters, it has now come to light that higher education minister R Bindu had written two letters to Khan, recommending the appointment of Kannur University vice-chancellor Gopinath Ravindran for a second term.
