In unprecedented move, Goa to auction mining leases in December
For the first time ever, the state government will auction its mining blocks next month. CM Pramod Sawant said on Wednesday that six to eight blocks would be auctioned before December 15, through the state mining corporation in collaboration with State Bank of India.
