ICC Rankings: Ravi Bishnoi becomes No 1 T20I bowler; Suryakumar Yadav remains at top among batters
India leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi on Wednesday became the No. 1 T20I bowler in ICC rankings. The 23-year-old Bishnoi (699 points) surpassed Afghanistan star Rashid Khan (692) to grab the top spot. Sri lank’s Wanindu Hasaranga (679) is at No. 3. Bishnoi reached the top spot after his player of the series performance against Australia in the five-match series where he took nine wickets. He is the only Indian in the top 10 rankings.
Suryakumar Yadav continues to be the No. 1 T20I batter, while Ruturaj Gaikwad is at the seventh spot. Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan and South Africa’s Aiden Markram are in the second and third spots respectively.
Among all-rounders, Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan is sitting at the top spot followed by Afghanistan’s Mohammad Nabi and India’s Hardik Pandya.
