Hijab row: 3 students miss PU practical exam

Three science students from Government PU College for Girls, Udupi, the epicentre of the hijab controversy, did not appear for the practical exams held on Monday. College principal Rudre Gowda said that the exams were held from 9am to 11am and that there was an overall improvement in attendance, and many students took the exams, he added.
