Goa: HC quashes FIR against tiatrist for ‘Dongi MLA’ song
The high court of Bombay at Goa has quashed the first information report (FIR) registered against the 22-year-old tiatrist and singer Alison De Curtorim based on the complaint of Cuncolim MLA Clafasio Dias. The legislator had alleged that the singer was hurting religious sentiments in his song ‘Dongi MLA’, uploaded on social media.
