Goa: Coastal plan hearing ends after 15 hours, participants term it farce
After 15 hours, the two public hearings conducted on Thursday as part of the mandatory requirements to finalise the Coastal Zone Management Plan for Goa, ended amid noisy scenes with participant after participant pointing out flaws and discrepancies in the draft plan prepared by the National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management–Chennai.
