Ex-corporator’s assistants stab her 17 times in public
A 45-year-old former corporator from Chalavadipalya ward was stabbed at least 17 times by two aides and relatives in public, minutes after she distributed free breakfast for the poor outside her office on Thursday morning. Rekha Kadiresh (BJP), twice corporator and resident of Chalavadipalya (Cottonpet), died en route to hospital.
