Dip continues as TN logs 1,604 new Covid cases

The number of new Covid-19 cases in the state has been decreasing since August 12. The state reported 1,604 new infections on Monday, taking the state’s case tally to 26.02 lakh. Of the 25.48 lakh people who have recovered from the infection so far, 1,863 people were discharged on Monday.
