Attappadi tribes people fondly remember Gouri
The tribespeople of Attappadi, who are still struggling for getting back more than 10,000 acres of their alienated land, fondly remember the legendary communist leader K R Gouri who passed away on Tuesday as she was the only MLA in the Kerala assembly who had opposed the two Bills brought by the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government led by the two communist parties to legalize the encroachment of alienated tribal land by non-tribals.
