Bengal has recorded negative vaccine wastage over the last two months, managing to save as many as 13 lakh doses. This means the state has not only ensured zero wastage, but has actually eked out — and administered — 13 lakh more doses than it received over that period, an impressive feat considering the low supply of vaccines has forced the state to go a bit slow on the drive.
