With 12 new Covid cases, Pondy's toll nears 1k-mark
The Covid-19 death toll is nearing the 1,000-mark in Puducherry. Twentythree patients, including 12 women, died of the infection in the last 24 hours, pushing the toll to 988 in the territory.
