West Bengal registers 36,000 weddings in six weeks

There has been a surge in the number of marriages in the city starting the second week of July after many couples cancelled their weddings in May and June after the second wave of Covid-19 struck and cases surged, resulting in restrictions over assembly of people, working hours of markets and movement of vehicles.
