WB permits local trains, eases public footfall norms
Local trains will be allowed to ply from Sunday (October 31) after a gap of six months, and schools, colleges and universities will be allowed to reopen for on-campus classes from November 16 in a slew of eased restrictions announced by the Bengal government on Friday.
