Former President Donald Trump is set to visit the US-Mexico border to promote his hard-line immigration agenda, which includes measures such as reviving the travel ban, implementing ideological screening for immigrants, and deporting immigrants with "jihadist sympathies." Trump also plans to end birthright citizenship, terminate work permits, and build more border walls. He will be joined by Republican Governor Greg Abbott, who is expected to endorse Trump for the 2024 nomination.
