TN govt green-lights fifth edition of TNPL
For a world tied down and gasping for breath in the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, sporting carnivals such as the Euro 2020 and the Wimbledon have come as a whiff of fresh air. Chennai, too, gets ready to play ball again as the state government green-lights the fifth edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League to be played in the city from July 19.
