Spike in Covid-19 cases could be due to unrestricted cross-border movement: Goa Health minister Vishwajit Rane
Health minister Vishwajit Rane said the recent spurt in Covid-19 cases could be due to cross-border movement of people without restrictions. During the first phase, Goa could flatten the curve with the restrictions which were then relaxed, he said.
