Special council in Thiruvananthapuram witnesses walkout by opposition
The fourth special council convened by city corporation within a span of three months on Thursday went on in its usual format with the opposition listing out lapses backed by figures and then staging a walkout without waiting for any reply from the head of standing committee concerned or the Mayor.
