Shrek 5 officially CONFIRMED for 2026 release
DreamWorks announced 'Shrek 5' for July 1, 2026, featuring Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Cameron Diaz. 'Shrek' won an Oscar and grossed $488M, leading to a successful film franchise. Eddie Murphy hinted at the project secretly being in works and also revealed that his character Donkey would get his own spin-off after 'Puss in Boots'. The series has grossed $4B globally.
