SC asks Kerala, TN to behave like ‘normal litigants’
Giving them a rap on the knuckles, the Supreme Court has counselled the governments of Kerala and Tamil Nadu to keep aside their political compulsions, and behave like ‘normal litigants’ in cases related to the Mullaperiyar dam.
