Pakistan Ex-Diplomat's Daughter, 27, Murdered In Islamabad:

Noor Mukadam, 27, a girl of Shaukat Mukadam, was discovered dead in the capital's upscale Sector F-7/4 region on Tuesday.
Islamabad: A previous Pakistani negotiator's girl has been killed in Islamabad, as per a media report on Wednesday, only days after a significant strategic line broke out among Pakistan and Afghanistan over the supposed kidnapping of the girl of Afghanistan's Ambassador in Islamabad.
Noor Mukadam, 27, a girl of Shaukat Mukadam, was discovered dead in the capital's upscale Sector F-7/4 region on Tuesday, Dawn paper announced. Mukadam has in the past filled in as Pakistan's representative to South Korea and Kazakhstan.
Noor Mukadam was killed in the wake of being taken shots at, every day cited by the police as saying.
A companion of Noor has been captured in association with the homicide, police said.
"A man named Zahir Jaffer, who was purportedly engaged with the homicide, was captured on the spot and taken to the police headquarters," Samaa TV cited the Islamabad police as saying.
The killing comes as a tempest brews over the security of discretionary missions and its faculty in Pakistan.
On July 16, Silsila Alikhil, the 26-year-old girl of Afghanistan's minister to Pakistan Najibullah Alikhil, was momentarily stolen from Islamabad and tormented, the Afghanistan Foreign office said in a proclamation last week.
