All those allowed to enter Durga Puja pandals — including for rituals like Pushpanjali and Sindoor Khela — would have to be fully vaccinated against Covid, Calcutta high court ruled on Thursday, modifying its October 1 order in which it had declared pandals off-limits for visitors.
