Offshore regatta: Star sailor surges ahead
Tomy who retired from the Navy early this year after 20 years of service took part in his first offshore regatta after the accident, as part of the Royal Madras Yacht Club (RMYC) team. Four teams, including one each from the Army and the Navy, are part of the race that was flagged off from the Chennai port at 8am.
