No lockdown, but curfew in Goa from 10pm to 6am till April 30

On a day Goa reported its highest-ever tally of fresh Covid-19 infections, chief minister Pramod Sawant announced a night curfew from 10pm to 6am till April 30. He also postponed the Class X and Class XII public exams, and said that the new schedule would be announced 15 days prior to their commencement.
