NGT summons 2 principal secretaries over clogged canals

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) summoned two state principal secretaries through virtual court proceedings on September 28 in connection with water flowing back from clogged Kestopur and Bagjola canals, flooding New Town, Salt Lake and large stretches along the two channels off VIP Road.
