New tender for Bainguinim waste plant in 15 days: Michael Lobo
Waste Management minister Michael Lobo on Sunday said that the state government will float a new tender within the fortnight for setting up of the solid waste management plant at Bainguinim. Lobo said that the tender document is “ready, with modified criteria”.
