Bengaluru's top-ranking in the Ease of Living Index 2020 announced by the Union ministry of housing and urban affairs (MoHUA) has evoked mixed reactions from Bengalureans. While many are elated by the top slot, others wonder how could the city plagued by all sorts of civic problems be adjudged the best place to live in the country.
