Man trying to expose cop sent to detention centre
A 31-year-old Japanese national who stole a plastic chair from an ACP's office so that he could get arrested and stay back in the country to expose an allegedly corrupt police officer has been packed off to the detention centre for illegal immigrants on the city's outskirts.
