'K'taka yet to implement transport reforms in toto'
While the BJP is ruling at the Centre and state, Karnataka is yet to implement 100% of the transport reforms initiated by the Union ministry of road transport and highways (MoRTH). This was revealed at a two-day national conference — Manthan — organised by MoRTH, which concluded on Friday.
