K'taka: DCs to clear 2nd dose for people going abroad
In a relief to students and professionals headed abroad, the state government on Tuesday authorised zonal commissioners of BBMP and deputy commissioners to issue eligibility certificates to recipients seeking the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine within the mandated interval of 84 days.
