K'taka: Bhatkal man held for suspected IS links
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted searches in Bhatkal, Uttara Kannada district, and arrested a man suspected to be linked to the Islamic State. The arrested man, Jufti Jawhar Damudi, is the brother of Adnan Hasan Damudi, who was nabbed in 2016 for alleged IS-related activities. Adnan is under detention in a separate NIA case.
