Kol: Covid cases spike from 204 to 382 in 24 hours

The daily Covid cases in Kolkata shot up sharply on Tuesday with the new case count inching towards 400. For more than a month the city was reporting fresh cases mostly in 100s barring the past few days when cases were reported in 200s. But on Tuesday it touched a new high after a sharp surge.
